A Happy day in Phillie-land!

Oh my goodness-what a great day it is here in Philly-those boys did a fantastic job shutting those Yankees down-I have never seen such pitching-Cliff Lee is AMAZING! We now have three to go-please pass the Pepcid!!!

I posted three new ones-two from Bent Creek (they are doing another Branch series-this one is Christmas) and another Country Stitches...

Gotta go move some cooler weather clothes to the top of the drawers...Hope you all are doing well and.....GO PHILS GO!!! We're so PROUD!

ObviosLEE we don't have to CHASE the pennant any MOYER but we still have to figure out HOWARD going to bring another one home. We have to keep ROLLINS up the STAIRS because it's WERTH yelling with our hands in the EYRE and hanging off the LIDGE because it will all end in A VICTORINO in 2009. If they follow the MANUEL the PHILLIES fans will be HAPPy and we will RAUUUL...Go Phillies!!!!

Happy Monday, stitchers! Hope you all had a good weekend-what a contrast of weather we had here-my neighbor thought Saturday was "the end"-he spent the day on the sofa watching the rain bounce off my house(maybe that scotchguarding is working!! hahaha!).

Found a few new goodies--Little House has a couple of new ones including Poinsettia House (plus Winter Greens and Joy-seen on an earlier blog of mine)...the others seen are by Cherrywood, The Stitcherhood, Heartstring Primitives, Amy Bruecken, and Stitching Parlor.

Happy Birthday, MOM!!

Afternoon, stitchers and friends-I have perusing my cookbooks for a new chicken recipe and have found four to decide on before heading to the grocery--I haven't been to the store for what seems like centuries! I have been spending the morning with the pups-throwing Mr. Miley's favorite red ball that his Grammy bought him-recovering from the late nights of cheering for our fab Phillies!! What a team!! Above I have posted one from Plum Pudding, one from Blue Ribbon, and a new one just out from Shakespeare's Peddler that is in her Jenny Bean series-ADOORABLE!!! Also out is the top one from Marking Sampler...hope you all are good-stay well and get some rest before next week's WORLD SERIES!! GO PHILS!! And Happy Birthday, Mom!!
